What is our service?
Our service offers homeowners to sell their property for a fixed fee of £349, and landlords to let for £99.
How long will my listing run?
Your property will be listed for 12 months for sale or 3 months for let, after which you will be asked if you would like to renew. During the 12 or 3 month period you can request the status, i.e. 'for sale', 'under offer' or 'sold', or 'let by' without the listing being removed.
Is there a reduced fee for renewal?
Yes, you can renew for £100 for sale for another 12 months, or £50 for let. But we hope it does not come to that.
How long will it take for my property to be live once I have submitted my details?
Your advert will be displayed on our website and submitted to other websites/portals within 3 days of receipt of payment, and subject to a property visit, full legal compliance and EPC.
Can I also use a traditional high street agents?
Yes, we do not stipulate sole agency, however you must discuss in full with an existing agent about your decision to use our service and how this may impact on any existing contracts. You may wish to question why you would need to use another agent, we advertise on major websites and have prominent marketing material. Full disclosure is your responsibility to avoid future claims for commission.
What property sites do you partner with?
Our current listing partner sites include FindaProperty, Zoopla, Sky, Virgin media, Primelocation, thinkproperty, Dailymail and many more. These are under constant review and new partners are being added all the time.
How does this service work
Simply click the order button on Agent Liberty, Fill out your details, add a couple of pictures and a description, then pay using our secured payment processing company:- Paypal.
Once a member of our team has visited your property, received cleared funds and confirmation of your EPC report if selling or letting, your for sale board or let board will be erected and your property will be featured on all our advertising partners.
At this time, you will also receive a sellers / landlords pack which contains a how to deal with viewings, price, and a full summary of the sales / letting process.
Who will see my listing?
Agent Liberty actively markets our site both on the internet and using traditional marketing methods. This drives high volumes of serious buyers to our site and your listing will be available for viewing by anyone searching in your area.
We have partnered with some of the largest property web sites in the country and all of these will gain maximum visibility.
Do we cover all the UK?
We currently accept new instructions for the Hull area and surroundings. However, our buyers/tenants are accessed all across the UK. With our advertising portals, we can give any property exposure to millions of potential buyers and tenants.
