The migration of the ‘London affluent’ to Cobham has stepped up a gear, according to Guy Leaning, Partner at estate agency Chewton Rose in Cobham

House prices in England increased by 9.7% in the year to February but rose 17.7% in London, according to the Office for National Statistics. In some capital hot spots, annual rises are nearer to 30%. In London the average house price is £458,000 and rising.
