MY LONDON LIFE - Amy Reynolds

Liquid error: invalid date

01 Name

Amy Reynolds

02 Job title

Area director sales and lettings

Chestertons, East Sheen

03 Where do you live?

East Sheen.

04 How long have you been in London?

Fourteen years.

05 Preferred mode of transport

I’d travel by boat if I could, but generally
I walk everywhere because it’s quicker.

06 Favourite London view

There’s a bench in Hampstead Heath just below Parliament Hill that has a fantastic view, not only of Hampstead Heath, but also across
the city - you can see the BT Tower, the
Gherkin and the whole of the London skyline.

07 Ideal weekend in London

Fun activity with our two small children, starting with breakfast at TJ’s café on Sheen Lane, then catching the train to Waterloo, perhaps visiting the Aquarium, and then walking along the South Bank. When we get back to Sheen we would either go to Mortlake Green or head to Palewell Common/Richmond Park, both of which are close to home. We spend a lot of time feeding the ducks in Richmond Park and eating ice cream on Palewell Common.

08 Favourite restaurant

The Depot. facing the river in Mortlake.

09 I’ve always meant to…

See more of it!

10 The best thing about my patch

I love East Sheen as a place to work and to live. I can walk to almost all of my appointments, bumping into clients on the way or in Waitrose, where everyone in the area seems to spend an awful lot of time. If I have an appointment in Richmond, I get to drive through Richmond Park, spotting deer along the way.
