03 Where do you live?

04 How long have you been in London?

Thirty years.

05 Preferred mode of transport

Car or Tube.

06 Favourite London view

The amazing views, especially of city landmarks, from the OXO Tower.

07 Ideal weekend in London

Cocktails at Galvin at Windows, Hyde Park, then dinner at Scott’s in Mayfair. Saturday morning is boot-camp class on Clapham Common, over to Soho for lunch with friends, and finally Soho Hotel for dinner and dessert. Sundays it’s more chilled: a smoothie on Northcote Road, walking my puppy on the common and people watching at the bandstand.

08 Favourite restaurant

I love Yas at Olympia, West Kensington. The staff are welcoming and attentive, the Persian/Iranian food authentic and delicious.

09 I’ve always meant to…

Take a boat tour on the River Thames.

10 The best thing about my patch

One of Fulham’s main attractions is the variety of shops and farmers’ markets, design boutiques and handmade furniture stores, plus Parsons Green holds an annual Fair on the Green. If you love to socialise, there’s an abundance of bars, cafés and restaurants with a very diverse clientele.

It has some outstanding schools, such as Lady Margaret School, and efficient transport links, so it’s ideal for City and West End professionals. Nearby Queen’s Club is a great place to play tennis and have lunch, and it’s within walking distance of Chelsea Football Club, so you often see Chelsea players driving down Fulham Road – great for fans.
