On the move - Knight Frank’s Hyde Park Office move to 1 Craven Terrace

Knight Frank’s Hyde Park team have moved to their new office at 1 Craven Terrace. The team has been based at Knight Frank Head office at 55 Baker Street for the last three and a half years.

The W2 postcode, as a whole, has seen a price growth of 10% over the last year, significantly beating the London wide average of 5% - with strong growth also predicted in the next 12 months, this area has been identified as an investment hotspot. And with the arrival of Crossrail in 2018, considerably shortening the travel time into the City and Canary Wharf, there is a predicted uplift of property prices of 1% per annum for those within a 10 minute walk of Paddington Station.

Fenella Freeland, office head: “The Hyde Park team and I are hugely excited to have moved into our new office at Craven Terrace after operating from our Head Office in Baker Street for the last three and a half years. Over this time, we have established ourselves as one of the major agents covering the Hyde Park, Lancaster Gate, Bayswater and the Paddington areas for both sales and lettings. With 50 years of combined experience of working solely in this area, the sales and lettings team bring with them a wealth of local knowledge and endless enthusiasm for the area.”

Noel Flint, Head of Knight Frank London Residential said: “We now have what is widely regarded as the most comprehensive network of offices covering prime London when compared to our competitors. Additional plans are in place for further expansions during the course of the next 12 months to continue to grow this network of 19 offices”.

Hyde Park’s distinctive Georgian and Victorian architecture with spacious town houses and apartments located on pretty garden squares offer homeowners a great community atmosphere with families attracted by the excellent schools, which include Wetherby Prep and Hampden Gurney. The village atmosphere is juxtaposed by the buzz of the Bayswater Road and Queensway, with the open spaces of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens being a focal point of the area.
